Definitions
PEAK Any period of stay that falls during school holidays, public holidays, Christmas, Easter and special regional events
including the Country Music and Jazz & Wine Festival.
OFF PEAK Any other time
Terms and Conditions
- Minimum bookings are required during all holiday periods and special events
- No smoking indoors
- No pets allowed
Cancellation Policy
- Confirmation of reservation requires a deposit to be paid, with the balance payable on arrival.
No refund will be given for early departures unless unused period of stay is re-booked
- Deposits will only be refunded if accommodation is rebooked to the full value. A cancellation fee will also apply.
Check In & Check Out Times
- Check in from 2:00pm onwards
- Check out by 10:00am on the day of departure
